The GWG-2000 retains its dust and mud-resistant structure for missions in sandy and muddy environments, while incorporating new exterior technology to downsize and enhance comfort. By adopting a newly developed forged carbon bezel and a carbon core guard case, downsizing has been achieved. The newly developed Mud Resist buttons, combining stainless steel button pipes with silicone cushioning material, have enabled a slimmer profile. The forged carbon bezel is made by kneading finely crushed carbon fibers into resin, then heat-pressing and molding it with a mold. This allows for carbon reinforcement of the intricate bezel shape of the MUDMASTER. In terms of functionality, it features radio solar technology along with a triple sensor for compass, barometric pressure/altitude, and temperature readings. The large Arabic numeral indexes and distinctive arrow-shaped thick hands, along with double LED lights and sapphire crystal, ensure high visibility. The band is designed with a texture inspired by heavy machinery grips, enhanced with a ribbed finish on the buttons for improved usability, resulting in a practical and robust design to support professionals in demanding land missions.
